European Commission Publishes Guidelines for Compliance with (EU) 2019/320

According to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/320, beginning March 17, 2022, compliance to Article 3(3)(g) of European Union Directive 2014/53/EU (Radio Equipment Directive) becomes mandatory for mobile phones and other similar devices. “Guidelines for compliance with delegated regulation (EU) 2019/320” was published on May 19, 2021 and can be found here.
