The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFETEL) of Mexico has opened a public consultation on the Preliminary Draft Agreement modifying Fundamental Technical Plans for Numbering and Signaling, and the Number Portability Rules on September 14, 2023. The consultation may be accessed here and will be open for comments until October 11, 2023.
