The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China has opened a public consultation on September 6, 2023, on the “Several Provisions on the Production and Management of Civilian Unmanned Aircrafts.” The consultation may be accessed here and will be open for comments until October 7, 2023.
