ANATEL in Brazil has published Act No. 2934 approving the technical and operational requirements of use of the frequency band 2300-2400 MHz (2.3 GHz-TDD).  Act 2934 establishes limits for maximum transmission power and limits for out-of-band and spurious emissions for base, nodal and repeater stations and for mobile, portable and terminal stations. The requirements were defined based on international recommendations, such as 3GPP and ECC-CEPT, considering the spectrum use in Brazil, with the purpose of promoting harmonic coexistence among the different radio communication services.

ANATEL also published Public Consultation No. 50 (CP 50), which opens a period for submitting comments for the proposal of an Act approving the technical and operational requirements for use of the band 3300-3700 MHz (3.5 GHz-TDD).
