The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has opened the following two public consultations:
- New arrangements for low interference potential devices – consultation 35/2022 – This consultation aims to include new arrangements to the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class License 2015. It may be accessed here and will be open for comments until December 5, 2022.
- Proposed changes to radiocommunications equipment regulation – consultation 37/2022 – This consultation aims to improve efficiency for the radiocommunications equipment supply regulation. It may be accessed here and will be open for comments until December 15, 2022.
