Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina issued a letter on November 10, 2023, informing that Motion Detection Radars are allowed in the 57-71 GHz frequency band without local testing. Motion Detection Radar devices may be approved using foreign reports that comply with the local power limits EIRP of 40 dBm and Peak of 43 dBm established in the frequency band.
