Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina published Resolución 756/2023 on May 24, 2023, which allocates the 5925-7125 MHz frequency band for devices that use Wi-Fi 6E technology. These devices are now allowed to be approved in Argentina. The frequency band is restricted to indoor use only, and Maximum Power for Access Points (APs) or Subordinate Devices (SDs) are 30 dBm EIRP and EIRP spectral density of 5 dBm/MHz. Client Devices (CDs) have a Maximum Power of 24 dBm EIRP and EIRP spectral density of -1 dBm/MHz. Devices using this band are prohibited from being operated in vehicles (including cars, trains, boats and planes), with the exception of aircrafts when flying over 10,000 feet.
